Location info
Guest scores and detailed hotel feedback
The hotel is located in the outskirts of downtown, offering numerous dining options nearby. The rooms, though spacious and initially pleasant, had a strange smell upon arrival, prompting us to report it to the front desk. Unfortunately, we also encountered a roach on the pillow and in the peephole of the door, which was unsettling.
I stayed at a different location of the same hotel chain. The rooms were clean and didn't have any problems. However, one room I was assigned had a very bad smell and looked like it had not really been cleaned properly. The service was beyond gracious and helpful, especially when I interacted with the front desk staff. The location, although on the outskirts of downtown, had many dining options around. The dining experience was satisfactory with convenient breakfast choices available, and the facilities were functional.
I stayed in a different location of the same hotel chain and had a mixed experience. The rooms were spacious but not very clean, with insects and a bad odor. The service was exceptional, with staff going above and beyond to assist us. The location was on the outskirts of downtown, making transportation a bit inconvenient. The dining options were lacking, but the hotel had good facilities available for guests.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The room I initially got despite being labeled as non-smoking had a bad smell, but the second room, also non-smoking, was much better. The service from the staff was warm and helpful, although I did have to ask about handicap parking as I left. The location, while not ideal due to being on the outskirts of downtown with limited public transportation, did have plenty of dining options around. The dining experience, especially the grab and go breakfast, was convenient, but the facilities could have been better maintained.
I found the hotel to be a bit of a mixed experience. The rooms were not as clean as they should have been and had a bad smell, which was disappointing. On the upside, the service was sweet and accommodating, despite a mishap with double booking. The location was convenient with various dining options nearby. However, the dining choices were limited to just coffee and stale muffins, and prices could sometimes be inconsistent.
My stay at the hotel was a bit of a mixed bag. While the location was convenient and the staff courteous, there were issues with cleanliness in the rooms, and the dining experience left something to be desired. The price was reasonable considering the amenities offered.
