Extended Stay America Suites - Dallas - Market Center – Hotel near airport in Dallas

The hotel is located in the outskirts of downtown, offering numerous dining options nearby. The rooms, though spacious and initially pleasant, had a strange smell upon arrival, prompting us to report it to the front desk. Unfortunately, we also encountered a roach on the pillow and in the peephole of the door, which was unsettling.

I stayed at a different location of the same hotel chain. The rooms were clean and didn't have any problems. However, one room I was assigned had a very bad smell and looked like it had not really been cleaned properly. The service was beyond gracious and helpful, especially when I interacted with the front desk staff. The location, although on the outskirts of downtown, had many dining options around. The dining experience was satisfactory with convenient breakfast choices available, and the facilities were functional.
